Chef Derek Rugsaken of Southeast by Southwest will delight our senses with a Thai + New Mexican fusion—a marriage of Thai flavor with local, seasonal ingredients and techniques, spicy, savory and sweet, drawing from the chef’s own culinary heritage, as well as the rich food traditions of our community. All food is served gluten-free; vegan options also available.
